Heart failure is a prevalent disease process with debilitating symptoms and costly implications. This half-day conference will highlight key management strategies for nurses and health care providers with relevant clinical case studies. The focus will be on topics to facilitate optimal patient care and outcomes.

Conference goals:

• Identify heart failure’s clinical presentation and advanced symptom strategies

• Describe new therapies for advanced Heart failure

• Correlate the link between evidence-based knowledge and patient care

Registration Details

Register before April 7, 2020 

The conference registration fee of $80 includes instructional materials and break refreshments. Pre-registration is required, and preferred by April 7, 2020.

Out of respect for conference participants, children are restricted from the conference.


If you cancel your participation in this conference, your registration fee, less an administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Continuing Nursing Education before April 7, 2020 (email: cne@mayo.edu). No refunds will be made on or after April 7. 2020.

Mayo Continuing Nursing Education reserves the right to cancel or postpone any conference due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event Mayo Continuing Nursing Education must cancel or postpone this conference, Mayo Continuing Nursing Education will refund the registration fee, but is not responsible for any related costs, charges, or expenses to participants, including fees assessed by airline/travel/lodging agencies.

Participants can earn up to 3.75 ANCC nursing contact hours for attendance at the conference, commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity and completion of the evaluation.
