In this half-day session, expert clinicians will review the most recent heart failure management best practices, and share their knowledge, advice, and experience with participants. The focus will be on heart failure topics to facilitate optimal patient care and improve outcomes.
- Define cardiac amyloidosis and sarcoidosis and the implications to patient care
- Describe advanced heart failure therapy treatments
- Demonstrate motivational interviewing techniques
This course is designed for registered nurses, social workers, and all other healthcare professionals interested in the care of cardiac, neurological, and vascular patients.

If you cancel your participation in this conference, your registration fee, less an administration fee, will be refunded when written notification is received by Mayo Continuing Nursing Education before May 30, 2018 (email: firstname.lastname@example.org). No refunds will be made on or after May 30, 2018.

You must complete the evaluation and claim your certificate to earn contact hours.
Participants can earn up to 4 ANCC nursing contact hours for attendance at the pre-conference, commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity and completion of the evaluation.
